Full-Time PHP/MySQL Web Developer
Description :

Key Responsibilities:
Works with colleagues to ensure successful completion of projects on-time and within budget. Coordinates with team members and end-users to identify and document project objectives, technical requirements and specifications, milestones, and content needs.
Core Competencies Expected:
Requires decisiveness, good judgment, effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable in Unix/Linux environment.
Ability to self-manage project time, budget, priorities, development and maintenance lifecycle planning and execution.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical coordination and track highly detailed and complex data, information, systems and/or projects in a dynamic environment.
Ability to coordinate with others on shared projects to achieve established objectives.
Qualification and Experience :
Diploma in Web Development or equivalent
Highly Proficient in PHP, MySQL,
Basic knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript programming required

Full-Time Sales Executive - Web services
Description :
This position requires an engaging and driven individual to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be required to articulate our value proposition to
decision-makers across all industries.
They must have excellent customer and presentation skills, combined with a strong technical aptitude. They must thrive in a high pressure, competitive and dynamic environment with an overwhelming drive to succeed.
Training and Coaching will be provided.
Those who do well will have great earnings potential and ample opportunity for career progression into a managerial/leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospects to present INEO’s services.
Timely follow-up to all incoming leads and qualifying each prospect accurately.
Develop proposals to meet expressed and perceived customer needs.
Build and maintain professional relationships within customer organizations.
Identifying and/or contacting customers in relation to special targeted sales campaigns that is to be specifically outlined by the Sales Manager.
Core Competencies Expected:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present information
to various audiences
Proficient in both English and Chinese language
Smart in appearance, charming and persuasive
Passionate about sales and technology, keen interest in the areas of web development and design

Qualification and Experience :
